The UFC will make its first ever stop in Nebraska where all the Cornhuskers will get a chance to watch UFC Fight Night 15 live in Omaha. The card will include a Nate Diaz vs. Josh Neer main event while Mac Danzig will eat his veggies and then take on Clay “The Carpenter” Guida. Danzig is one of the organization’s rising stars following his victory on The Ultimate Fighter 6.

It is also no coincidence that Danzig will be fighting as part of a ploy to introduce The Ultimate Fighter 8. The series will debut immediately following the conclusion of Fight Night 15. The event will take place on a Wednesday night and will air for free on Spike TV.

Another noteworthy bout to take place in Omaha will be a match-up between Houston “The Assassin” Alexander and Eric “The Red” Schafer.
