    Bumps, bruises and broken bones are leftover from all this weekend’s action in the world of mma. Yet, new bones are waiting to be broken and more bumps and bruises are sure to follow. Now that Tuesday is upon us, let’s take a look at who might be giving and taking their share of bumps and bruises in the future. It’s time for the Tuesday Crunch.

    Not only did Vitor Belfort defeat Terry Martin at Affliction: Banned, but he did it with a broken hand he suffered in the first round. Mmamania.com has the low down on Belfort’s break.

    There are already whispers regarding a Fedor vs. Couture match-up some time in the future. Bloodyelbow.com examines whether this would be a super fight or a mismatch.

    Tuesday is here and we’ll call it a good hunting day in the world of mma. Tim Sylvia is all set to hunt for an upset this Saturday while Affliction and the UFC are busy hunting one another. Matt Hughes is spending his time doing some actual hunting and a couple more fighters are ready to hunt for fame in the UFC. Let’s start shooting with the Tuesday Crunch.

    Tim Sylvia states that he is unfazed by the growing mystique of Fedor Emelianenko. Sylvia tells Brian Knapp of Sherdog.com how he will not carry any fear with him into Affliction’s main even this Saturday night.

    This Saturday night, the UFC will give a host of fighters their first chance to square off inside the octagon. Rory Markham is among those fighters making their debut at UFC Fight Night 14. MMA Weekly caught up with Markham to talk about his journey to the UFC.

    Apparently, the Affliction vs. UFC will heat up before Saturday night’s opposite fight cards begin. Both organizations have scheduled their weigh ins for the same time and both have opened their doors to the public. Themmanews.com has more on the feud that will begin at the scales.

    ESPN’s Michael Woods weighs in on how long Affliction will be around. According to Affliction President Tom Atencio, he plans to have Affliction running “neck and neck” with the UFC.
