The Saturday night storms than ran through Affliction and the UFC have come to a calm and provided plenty of stories for this addition of the Monday Crunch. A man named fedor is still on top, a guy named Rampage is still experiencing some lows and someone named Daisuke Nakamura was among the winners over in Dream. Look out, here comes the Monday Crunch.

Affliction and UFC weren’t the only organizations to have some fights going this weekend. Sherdog has the Dream 5 lightweight Grand Prix results.

Monday’s here and it’s back to the grind for most of the working world. Many UFC and Affliction fighters now have less than a week to grind out their final workouts before Saturday night’s fight cards. See how Jesse Taylor, James Irvin and both organizations are spending the final days before their respective showdowns. It’s now time to grind through the Monday Crunch.
