Jeremy Jackson goes from one cage to another
It looks like Ultimate Fighter series 4 alum Jeremy Jackson will do his fighting inside a different kind of cage in the future. Jackson recently racked up seven felony charges, including two for forcible rape. He is being held in Ventura County Jail (CA) where his bail is set at $1 million.
Jackson’s battery of charges also include kidnapping to commit another crime, first-degree residential burglary, assault with a firearm, dissuading a witness by force or threat, and criminal threats. Needless to say, Jackson won’t be returning to the octagon any time soon.
Some may contend that such an occurrence may sully the name of mma. However, no sport or profession for that matter is exempt from having a few criminals of its own. In the past, athletes from all different sports and professionals from all different walks of life have committed heinous acts which landed them in jail. The only difference may be that Jackson is better equipped to fight inside a cage.
