Mixed martial arts fans are not the only ones benefitting from the advent of Affliction. Gamblers now have something else to bet on. With the ever blossoming sport of mma drawing mass appeal, degenrates from all over the world can now lose their kid’s college fund on sonething else.
Saturday night’s action was just the first of at least three Affliction fight cards to come. Now, early projections could have made the wise gambler quite a bit of money. Fedor Emelianenko went off as a heavy favorite, but showed why the odds were stacked in his favor.
Many gamblers may see fights such as these as a safe bet, although there is no such thing as a safe bet. One random punch could lead to a quick knockout. One false slippage could also lead to a quick submission. So before gamblers line up to empty their piggy banks on a mma fight, they need to take these things into consideration.
